Dermatosis papulosa nigra

More common black and asian people it is present on the cheeks, neck.  It is seen as brown to black papules.  It is only of cosmetic trouble if any at all.

No treatment is required if needed it may be removed by simple cauterization.  However the large number of lesions it may be impractical.
