Flegel’s disease

 other names - Hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans

This is a rare skin disorder that appears in adults.  It is seen in the extremities and also the ears.  They are 1-3mm in diameter, itchy in nature and are reddish brown papules.  It is inherited but can occur without a inherited tendency. 

Treatment

Some doctors have tried 5 Flurouracil application with reasonable success.
