Hydroa vacciniforme

This is a sun light induced skin disease that affects children.  It starts on the face on both cheeks and nose.  

Numerous small blisters ( vesicles ) develop on the area on the face, in spring or summer.  Slowly blackish crusts 

appear and scarring occurs on healing.
