PYOGENIC GRANULOMA

This is an acquired, overgrowth of blood vessels - haemangioma that commonly develops at the site of trauma.  Seen as a dome shaped bright red papule that bleeds on touch, it is more a nuisance than a real problem.  It does not resolve spontaneously and usually needs surgical removal by your doctor.
