Stuccokeratosis

This is an acquired condition starting at 50 years or later. It is symptomless. It starts on the distal parts of legs and forearms. It looks like warts . An important clue is that it can be easily removed by scratching with the nails !!!

Treatment

	2% salicylic acid may be treated.
	Tretinoin cream 0.05% may be used.
	Liquid Nitrogen cryotherapy may be used but because of the multiple lesions it may be impractical.
